This is a portrait of Minara, a Rohingya embroidery artisan for the RCMC. It was painted by Farzana Ahmed Urmi, a Bangladeshi artist-in-residence for the RCMC.

Minara is a young embroidery artisan, and eldest among her three sisters. She was initially taught by a relative in the camp, but later she perfected her techniques on her own, and transferred the skills to her younger siblings. She has done several artworks for RCMC.
