Nakor bali or nose pin is a symbol of the married Rohingya woman. A Rohingya bride traditionally receives a nakor bali from the groom❜s family during the engagement, and will wear it for the rest of her life. The Rohingya believe that the carries good wishes and blessings from the elders. However, this tradition is becoming less common.
