This automaton, or mechanical model of a gaas'or kelona faik (wooden toy bird) flapping its wings is inspired by a Rohingya folktale. To make the hawk❜s wings flap, turn the wheel. It was crafted from wood by Rohingya master carpenter and engineer Mohammad Zaber.
