Hownr is a muzzle for a cow. This traditional Rohingya agricultural tool is woven from split bamboo into a cone shape, which is tied over the snout of the cow with a string. Hownr is used to prevent domesticated cattle from eating the crops while they are worked in the fields. It can be adjusted to fit the size of the cow's mouth.
