Kolmi aak is water spinach, also known as morning glory which grows in abundance in Arakan. Rohingya people usually eat kolmi aak bazi (stir fried water spinach) with plain white rice. It can also be paired with other fish or meat curries and is a fresh leafy vegetable dish that is both healthy and easy to prepare.
