The Rohingya common proverb, Aca taile rasta niyole, holds the same meaning as the English proverb, Where there is a will, there is a way. 

In the illustration, a physically challenged person is seen as a day labourer at a brick kiln. While his counterparts are carrying their loads with two hands, he is moving his loads on a wheel-driven cart as he has no hands but strong determination.
