Notun koinna ghorot aishshey (Welcoming home a new bride) is a Salla song, performed in the Rohingya camps for the RCMC by Rohingya musician Sayedul Islam.

Salla songs are in function durud sharifs- verses sung as salutations in praise of the Muslim prophets, specially the last prophet. The word Salla is derived from Arabic word salawat, meaning salutations. Salla songs are popular among observing muslims of Rohingya community. These are regularly sung in waz mahfil (Islamic forums), and milad sharifs (Islamic meetings with prayers).
