Luri fhaat is a wooden board for rolling out luri fira or rice flour flatbread and other traditional rice delicacies loved by the Rohingya. It consists of a rectangular plank of wood mounted on four short wooden feet. Like many Rohingya kitchen tools, the luri fhaat is operated while squatting on the floor. Melonsunwa is a wooden rolling pin used to roll out luri fira. Handles on either side allow for good control.
