Woodwork (WDW)
Biyaring'or duloin or spring’er duloin is a wooden cradle. In Rohingya tradition, the maternal grandparents gift a duloin upon the birth of grandchild.
Duloin can be made of wood, cane, bamboo or even netting. A cane duloin is the symbol of elegance, preferred by affluent families, but bamboo and wood are also used. A duloin is usually 3 to 5 feet, and oval or rectangular in shape. This duloin was crafted from metal and cane, and can cost 100,000 -150,000 Kyat.
