Doior aanree is a clay pot for yoghurt. In Rohingya cuisine, doi or yoghurt is a milk and sugar made delicacy taken after festival meals. It was once customary for guests to bring doi, especially when they would visit their in-laws. Using the earthen pot for yoghurt keeps it naturally cool and fresh.
