Shamsunahar

Shamsunahar is a women artisan of many talents- embroidery, machine-stitch, crochet, etc. She taught herself embroidery trying to copy patterns she already liked, and gradually became better at making winter shawls, scarves, pillowcases, hats, and blouses. With RCMC, Shamsunahar has worked on several tapestries that depict recent Rohingya experiences.
